The bursary amount given will cover most of the recipient’s necessary expenses that may include tuition, accommodation including meals, books and learning materials, and if possible a small allowance for monthly living expenses.

- Visit the e-Government Portal website at: www.eservices.gov.za
- Register an account by filling in your personal information https://www.eservices.gov.za/tonkana/registration/home.jsf
- Login using your selected username and password https://www.eservices.gov.za/tonkana/login/home.jsf
- Select the “Funza Lushaka Bursary Scheme” on the e-Services Menu
- Insert the OTP you received
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click on the 2020 application button on the dashboard
- Fill in the required information
- Read and accept the declaration to confirm your information
