UMP online application 2021

Follow these steps to have a successful University of Mpumalanga online application for 2021.

Go to ump.ac.za, then click on the student portal.
Select the New Application button, then enter biographical details as required, then click on Save. A student/reference number and pin code will be generated. These will be used for UMP login to the student portal.
Enter the generated student/reference number.
Select Applications, then choose View Application Rules.
Select the I Accept button then on next step to continue.
Select Upload Documents to upload the required scanned documents (certified copy of grade 11 and 12 results, proof of payment, and a certified copy of green barcoded identification), then go to the next step.
Select the subject by clicking the grey radio button on the right of each block, then go to the next step.
Click on the school from the grey button.
If you were enrolled in another facility, fill the form, then proceed to the next step.
Enter the program you are interested in then click on Search.
Choose a period of study and academic preference, then click on Save to continue.
Verify the details you have entered, click on Save then proceed.
If you want to change your mode of communication, select communication type.
Check the programs you have applied for, your UMP application status, and if you have gone through all the processes.

Remember that the application window closes on 30th November 2020. You will have to wait for up to four to six weeks after the closing of the application window to get feedback.

For those who prefer to make manual registrations, fill the UMP application form, and submit it to studentapplications@ump.ac.za as a document. You can also take the forms manually to the physical addresses indicated on the forms.

Ensure the duly filled University of Mpumalanga application forms reach the school before 30th November 2020. You can obtain the forms from the facility’s website or pick it from the various campuses.
